A good rebound occurred late at night while I was sleeping. The day after, upon seeing the chart, I was initially angry that it occurred at a time when I couldn't act upon on it. But I then made a conscious decision to see this event in a more positive light. My strategy would have captured this move as an entry signal was generated at the start of the bull move and profits for that trade would have met my weekly profit quota, even after losses. What was initially a negative experience that clouded the first half of my day in anger at the market and disgust at myself, has been turned into a positive experience about how my strategy works and the benefit of directed thought.
