OAX / BTC Pennant

If OAX breaks the upper pennant it could have a nice breakout. There's a lot of large wicks on this coin, so be careful of stop limits or pump and dumps.

BTC is wrecking the landscape right now. This appears to be making a larger pennant, I'll revisit once things settle.
