$ORCA wants higher $9-20?

I've been watching this chart for a while and price finally broke out of a big flag and is currently sitting on top of it.
Should it be able to hold support here, I think this could see a big move higher with levels from $9-20.
I've marked off the resistances to the upside, let's see if they can get hit.
