I think we are now on the beginning of the 3rd-wave which the peak of the wave will be extremely high.
The price will be up to 30k-40k by the end of 2019.
This because the diagonals are formed in both of the 1st-wave (Leading Diagonal) and the 2nd-wave (Ending Diagonal at C-wave).
Normally, if the Leading Diagonal is found in the 1st-wave, it has the high chance that the 3rd-wave will be extended.
**However, it'd be better to enter when the price breaks up the trend line i.e. 2.5k - 2.6k**
PS: POWR has a complex wave which is a good model for Elliott Wave fan

Note
POWR is in the 3rd-sub-wave of the 1st-wave. The next target is at Fibo 1.618 (0.00002916). However, due to the 1st-sub-wave is a Leading Diagonal, it has a chance that the next wave will be higher than usual i.e. Fibo 2.618 (0.00003554).
