RAMP AMA Team Update - Integrating MATIC = Bullish to $10
The biggest development on RAMP thus far to date is that they will be integrating MATIC's L2 solution which means we are about to see a Cambrian explosion of ETH related vaults in the coming month once they integrate with MATIC and this will correspond to an increase in adoption and then an increase to our PT
Recap of this week’s AMA(May 19):
-Cake vault is ready on staging but we are waiting for BSC to be fully resolved before putting onto production.
-We are seeing high rUSD composition in the Nerve pool. We are working to get in more BUSD/USDT/USDC LPs, but interest rates will kick in later part of this week especially for highly utilized vaults. Especially if we launch more vaults like CAKE, the swap rate is not competitive (rUSD is now around 0.98 vs BUSD). This will be covered in more detail on the Vault Update Log.
-As forward planning, we are seeing good activity on Polygon (formerly Matic) with 3bn TVL and rising. We are working to see if its feasible to move our ETH vaults over, and be an early mover in this ecosystem. This will allow us to launch the equivalent of ETH vaults on a low fees L2 solution.
-We are getting an audit done for a new protocol vault integration for BNB single asset. Audit starts on Friday.
-Compared to ETH, we are looking at L2 Polygon. Seems like quite a lot of ETH based activity moving over, so it may be meaningful to participate in the TVL growth over there. We'll do it if we can launch the Minter within 2 weeks. Understand that Matic is EVM compatible, i think its possible but I need devs to confirm.
-Current BSC development is alright enough that we are looking at a next Minter integration soon.
-Working on to get more visibility, its ongoing work. The videos are being worked on, it will come soon.
-We'll still continue to buy back from market and burn. Will increase with more vaults, currently its doing quite well, and we have a list of projects with Pancake farms who will activate their community to participate in RAMP when we launch vaults for them.
-We'll try to integrate more ecosystems, although this really takes time.and we can't be copying from other projects either cause, no other projects to copy from. Original development takes longer 😬
