After research and evaluation of the project, I came to the decision that ROSE is the most underpriced project on the top 300 list. My entry is at 0.105 USD, and my sell target is 3 USD.
This is the most ludicrous projection I've ever made. I feel confident about it. I will invoke a fallacious appeal to accomplishment and say that this looks like the start of an amazing run and I've seen this before.

ROSE is currently finishing the move correction at the lower end of the channel. We could see a move to 30 cents this week. I worry that if instead of making a move up it breaks down, bear trend flags might start rising.Note
I still believe that Oasis is a strong contender in the current market cycle. I'm not sure how their latest product Parcel will impact ROSE, but it's one of the few blockchain-based that looks at an actual enterprise-level. I'm looking to use it myself.
