Russell 2000 Small Caps stocks. Touched treadline REJECTED
Small caps are known for a leading indicator for the S&P500. The RUT's RSI is overbought. This week the FEDs will speak. I'm expecting to have them lower rates. SEP and OCT are known to be red months.
