Topped on shark, bounced on 5-0. Could we see a repeat the other way around?

Nikkei daily has completed an ab=cd to wolfe wave 5. Just below is a nice butterfly:

DOW failed to completede the 5-0. Turned down and hit and older wolfe target line along with an "action/reaction"-line and completed another wolfe at the same time. Guessing we're going for the next A/R line at least?
