A Primer
1) draw horizontal lines from the previous highs (lt blue)
2) draw lines from previous high to subsequent previous highs (green) = (DTL descending top line)
3) repeat for lows (yellow lines)
2) draw lines from previous high to subsequent previous highs (green) = (DTL descending top line)
3) repeat for lows (yellow lines)
