Why Crypto Is Not Dead And Why Most People Don't Get It
Bitcoin is dumping very hard and everyone is proclaiming, that's it, crypto is dead and going to zero.
Ask those people, if crypto is dead,
Shouldn't altcoins bleeding AS HARD as Bitcoin? Why some altcoins are STRONG, alts like LINK, BAT, AE and others?
If Bitcoin is going to zero, shouldn't altcoins die and go to zero first?
Why Binance keep building despite the proclamations that crypto is dead?
No, because the Smart Money DOES NOT WANT CRYPTO TO DIE. It is as simple as that.
The Smart Money DOES NOT CARE ABOUT FUNDAMENTALS, they only wants to make AS MUCH MONEY AS POSSIBLE.
If you understand how small cap stocks or penny stocks, crypto is penny stocks squared. Its unregulated, prime for manipulation for the SMART MONEY.
So, throw away all your normal thinking, understand markets from SMART MONEY/WHALES perspectives.
Crypto market is the BEST market for the SMART MONEY to make as much money as possible.
So, they are NOT HESITANT TO PUSH PRICE DOWN so that everyone PANIC SELL and then they can PUMP IT high enough to make SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF MONEY.
Understand this, crypto IS NOT GOING ANYWHERE. IT IS NOT GOING ANYWHERE.
If you want to make money in this market, you need to understand how SMART MONEY operates.
Just look at this dominance chart versus Bitcoin. Bitcoin is dumping hard and YET altcoins are OVERPERFORMING bitcoin which is strange.
This is what you call CYCLE or ROTATIONAL PLAY.
SMART MONEY knows that altcoins has bleed enough, so, they decided NOT to push down the price further. NO MORE SELLER, so the price stabilize and STARTS to GRIND HIGHER AND HIGHER.
Look at Chainlink, Chainlink has been in a bull market throughout 2019, and some other coins will join and follow suit.
Please, you need to throw away all the things that you understand about financial market and start over again.
I don't know and will not know how SMART MONEY operates, I can only act based on PROBABILITIES and based on what the market is telling me or narrating it to me.
I am not suprise if some altcoins will be 10-20x expensive than their current price today, and then people will start FOMO again.
The same cycle again and again.
