Yesterday TRX was about to breakout into a parabolic trajectory. There was guy called Adam Cochran who didn't want Tron to compete with his own coins, so he made a scheme with fake news. Adam Cochran made fake a document about the SEC suing Tron, this is confirmed completely fake news. Tron is not in any danger of being in the same ship as ripple. Tron did not premine the whole supply like ripple, Tron nodes are not centrally managed like ripple and the number of nodes on Tron is far higher than ripple. The system of Tron is completely automatic, no one can shut it down like XRP. Tron is far more like Ethereum and ETH is deemed a currency by the SEC.
