Tapering VS DOW
"Tapering" by definition is the reduction of the rate at which a central bank accumulates new assets on its balance sheet under a policy of QE . It is the first step in the process of either winding down—or completely withdrawing from—a monetary stimulus program that has already been executed.
The highly inflated market -still- is headed for a fierce battle, breaking below Pre-COVID peak will whey heavily on Fibo levels. Dow measures the daily price movements of 30 handpicked large American companies on the Nasdaq and the New York Stock Exchange, having said that - is it really worth the current values? we at Lacasa doubt it even with all the energy companies included, at least not until it re-corrects and FED's paper money be removed from the system.
At the time of writing, Dow has completed an 8 weeks bearish Weekly closings.
