[IDEA] USOIL Possible H&S Pattern

We could potentially have a H&S pattern forming over the next few weeks for USOIL. If PA can break the $39 level, then we could see a push to the $36 level before a bounce back up and then eventually crashing down hard. Just an idea for thought.
