Broadcom take over VMware
The official go shop period will end 5th Jul 2022. Broadcom has offered $142.50 to take over VMware, worth of $61b. At this current moment, there are >20% margin when the deal is sealed officially which might take 6-12 months. The only risk here would be if Broadcom is stopped for whatever reason, the share price might go to next support at around%98, or else there will be a strong support of $113.
