Bitcoin failed to flip the $40,000 level to support.i think price could fall back to last week's $33,000 to $36,000 range. Binance news (In Europe, Binance said users in Germany, Italy and the Netherlands will be unable to open new futures and derivative positions on the platform with immediate effect) is effect the price also.
