XLM looks bullish. it has still 2-3 days to go.
You can see a little tax-payment from the exchanges. I think 1 tax-pay to go.
The best you can do is go in 27 april(end of the day) or before with 3-4 red candles.
i am not afraid to buy already(33%), 3900 is good price. 3500 will be perfect.
