I have never done a Ripple post, but someone pm'd me asking me to and so I shall.
I have drawn that line as a target level for Ripple. I don't believe in Ripple at all, but if you must trade it, that is where you should buy it. Alternatively, wait for a green ashi to close on the daily chart and then buy it there. Alternatively alternatively, wait for a weekly oversold RSI. I don't know if Ripple will ever make it back to its all-time-highs, but I was requested to make this and so I have. These are my thoughts guys and it's going to pretty much be the same for every alt: buy at the retrace line or weekly RSI oversold point.
