XRP looks to be forming a cup and handle.
Held strong through BTC volatility and has tons of bullish FA with their SEC case.
On June 13th, the documents within the SEC will be public and unredacted regarding the speech by Bill Hinman on ETH and warnings on filing a case against Ripple over XRP. The SEC spent majority of the case trying to hide these rather than proving XRP to be a security. Why? Something in there is case ending, and very critical to the crypto space.
CEO Brad Garlinghouse has stated several times that he believes the case will be resolved within June, and Ripple has just acquired Metaco. Does a company who will lose, acquire Metaco for 250M, just to get congratulated by Nasdaq for their acquisition? No. That's a winners move.
It looks as if the case is coming to a close, and XRP will be labelled a non-security, giving clarity to only XRP. No other asset will have clarity. Ripple has stated that they'd like to IPO after the case, and the fact that they've acquired Metaco for 250m at this time, then Nasdaq responds, tells me they have already been having road meetings for the IPO. In essence, the case is about to end. Ripple's XRP holdings contribute to their valuation. The higher the price of XRP, the higher the valuation of Ripple. On platforms that sell small amounts of Ripple stock like Linqto, Ripple stock is currently undervalued 4x what it should be with XRP holdings considered. What will IPO participants think when it comes to buying XRP, and participating in IPO? Will they acknowledge the valuation is greater if XRP increases in value, heightening Ripple's balance sheet? Will they buy XRP when the case ends because of IPO? If you're invested in Ripple, you would think they'd be interested in XRP's success considering it is what their techstack is built around.
If Ripple can end the case with clarity that XRP is a non-security. I expect an unveiling of partnerships and projects leading to a higher XRP Market Dominance, and face melting price action.
There is grand interest in XRP from financial groups. In November 2021, JP Morgan wrote a paper around XRP and how if Ripple wins, XRP will be poised for significant adoption and that they would be a buyer of XRP and an investor in Ripple.
