USDCHF: Recent Trendline Breakout, Temporarily BullishPrice has recently broken out of the (D) descending channel. It then pushed up to meet the (D) 50% Fib retracement level and proceeded to the downside to retest support. The price has now broken out of the (4H) downtrend line. USDCHF: First bearish then bullish... (Details on caption)Hello traders By examining the USDCHF daily chart, we can determine that the chart is potentially bullish, but for this upward move, it is necessary to first clean the sell-side liquidity. So, in my perspective the are two scenarios for price. The first one is, that the price left the bearish FVG open and moved down from here to collect all the sell-side liquidity taps into the bullish FVG and then start the bullish move. In this scenario, the first target is bearish FVG (0.90692- 0.91109) and the buy side liquidity. The second scenario is, that the price hits the bearish FVG and then starts the bullish move. USDCHF Channel Up intact. Aim higher.The USDCHF pair has been trading within a Channel Up pattern since the December 28 2023 Low. In the past 2 weeks, it has been forming its 2nd Bearish Leg that almost touched the 1D MA50 (blue trend-line), which has been supporting since February 02. As long as we close 1D candles above it, we stay bullish, targeting 0.94200 (marginally below Resistance 2). Since however the recent Higher High was priced just below Resistance 1 (the October 03 2023 High), we will turn bearish (and take the buy's loss) if the pair closes a 1D candle below the 1D MA100 (green trend-line), which is what happened on November 14 2023. USDCHF CHANNEL BREAKOUTUSDCHF confirmed a major hourly channel breakout recently. Here we expect to see a further decline in price which is expected to revisit back towards the highlighted bottom level support/key level formed. This channel has created a very strong supported trend line with its lower boundary which has now been invalidated with its breakout confirmation. The key level is holding a level of 38% on the Fibonacci retracement on its major bullish trend.
