Holding the lineBulls are taking control on the price. I think we will see a massive break out in a few weeks. My SL is under the lowest of the current weekly candle an it triggers only if a red weekly candle breaks down the trendline. BTW the CSP on this instruments pay well. I just sold a lot of them exp 03/22 strike 26.5. You can just buy the stock too.
CSP at demand zoneI like this stock very much, I've made big gains with calls, covered calls, CSP and with the stock itself. It's very technical and I think it will hit the 14 level by the end of the year so each time it pulls back it's an opportunity to buy more. This time is not different, there is no setup yet that's why I sold CSP strike 8.5 expire 02/09. I sold them a great price, around $95 each. Still a good opportunity to sell more CSP, at this level it's going to take some time to build up a setup and in the mean time the puts will expire worthless. If price keeps dipping, that's fine, I'll collect the premium anyway and I don't mine buying at 8.5.
Is finally going down?Too soon to tell, but apparently is forming a HS in the daily timeframe. Is having trouble to break the 460 level again, it did once, hit the 500 level and pulled back. I'm not shorting this again, I learned my lesson but I'm selling CSP of NVDS expiring on Friday. I don't think is goin to break the 460 any time soon. Every time it rallies I'll be selling CSP every week.
Where to Buy TSLA by selling PutsSome traders are already bragging about their gains on the recent dip buy but I am remaining patient for my ideal level. If you follow my videos you already know what that level is.
In the meantime while waiting for the market to come to my criteria there is a strategy traders can use to play TSLA stock without owning shares, receiving a return on capital, and ideally buying the shares at a cheaper price in the future. That strategy is called Selling Cash Secured Puts and in this video I go through how it works with TSLA and NYSE:F as examples.
