I am all green, costing myself some part of that +6% had I let all the trades run to their full targets, but then again, SPY was already overextended and I didn't want to push my luck anymore. Phew I'm Glad This Session Is OVER... - 06/04/20 RECAPHi traders, Thursday's session was really tiring. I ended up green but had to close the screens right after I closed my last trade (I normally stick to the close, watching curiously). After first failed long I only took shorts for the rest of the day. All profitable, but none of them went full target. Trades: 1) GOLD - LONG @24.01, -1% 2) SMAR - SHORT @47.39, +0.46% 3) CLDR - SHORT @10.96, +0.2% 4) EBAY - SHORT @49.55, +1.33% *In my ID trades, I risk 1% of the account per trade and go for 2% (2:1 RRR ). Staying AFLOAT - 05/13/20 RECAPHi traders, Quite a good trading day on Wednesday, I ended up around BE for the day but I felt generally in good control. One small improvement could've been made in early exit of my first trade. My Trades: 1) ALC - SHORT @56.94, I made a small mistake of not exiting earlier as ALC wasn't reacting at all to the market going down again. -1.06 2) MRNA - LONG @63.58, with the market not supporting longs at that time, I played a bit safe and took half off early. +1.27% *In my ID trades, I risk 1% of the account per trade and go for 2% (2:1 RRR ). Lead time test: Trend Shift Indicator v2.0This is a simple , single , test of the Trend Shift Indicator's lead time. 5 day chart. Lead time = signal time - directional shift time Warning sign: upper line on TSI trending down while price trending up End of warning: price shift in accordance with TSI direction. Results : Optimal Lead time = 1.25 days (of 5D) Practical lead time= 1 day (of 5D) Notes: * This is simply one of many tests and is not indicative of constant performance -- as always use other confirmation indicators * This is using version 2.0 of TSI, however the exact parameters and outcomes apply. It simply looks a bit different.

Using "Profit Rocket Factor" Choose a stock of your choice with default time window Add "Profit Rocket Factor Strategy" Tweak Buy_Signal, Sell_Signal to fit your needs. (more volatile stocks need higher/lower buy and sell values, so do longer timeframes) Confirm the strategy is right for your equity via a backtest. With the right signal lengths, you should be able to squeeze >3 profit factor out of the equity. BACKTEST AT BOTTOM... 1Month for SPY and QQQ, set 30min Any feedback greatly appreciated.
