Stock Market ft. The BIG SHORT.Election coming, looks to be priced in as we speak, expect a drop, probably more severe than my chart if the conditions are met BELOW..
Conservative levels to short above (no guarantee we are coming back to those levels) as the futures market can continue to plummet as early as Monday next week.
I expect a heavy forecast of rain up until the election and after, we are about to see some crazy $%^& in the next few months,
Price is weighted on the weekly, to Target 1, if that level doesn't hold we will see target 2 and target 3 QUICK,
If my price reacts the way I think it is, I will be dropping a multi-year monthly chart to follow,
Good luck traders.
S&P 500 Analysis: Support Break and Potential RejectionWe’ve recently seen a strong break below support on the S&P 500. I anticipate that if we retest this support, which could turn into resistance, we might face a rejection at that level.
I’ll be closely watching price action and volume to assess the strength of this zone. Stay cautious!
SP500 - 1D Who will buy the most EXPENSIVE TULIP?SP500 - 1D Who will buy THE most expensive TULIP?
The SP500 continues to rise unstoppably, reaching 5700.
It is possible that it will continue to rise, but the question is how far.
Technically, the rise is shaped like a megaphone and is currently touching the ceiling. In fact, it has broken the resistance and it is not clear how far it could continue to rise. On the other hand, looking at the chart, it is clear that sooner or later it has to correct. Pay attention to the US presidential elections. Maybe then it will turn around.
Intermediate support zone: 4800

SP500 1D - DOUBLE TOP = HEADSP500 1D - DOUBLE TOP = HEAD
The SP500 is finishing drawing the head of the SHS figure with this double maximum. If in these days it does not manage to break the resistance, the fall can be quite steep to go looking for the 4800 in the first instance and continue going down to 3600, base of the previous shoulder.
If the SP500 manages to break the resistance, this figure would be cancelled.
As always, it is better to act with a head and do things at the right time.
What's S&P500 & Why Needs a Price CorrectionThe S&P 500 (Standard & Poor's 500) is a stock market index that tracks the performance of 500 of the largest publicly traded companies in the United States. It is widely regarded as one of the best indicators of the overall health of the U.S. stock market and the economy. The companies included in the index span a wide range of industries, including technology, healthcare, financials, and consumer goods, among others. The index is weighted by market capitalization, meaning larger companies have a greater impact on the index's performance.
Why SP500 needs a Price Correction?
A price correction occurs when the value of a stock or a market index, like the S&P 500, declines by a certain percentage, typically 10% or more, after a sustained period of upward movement. Corrections are a natural part of market cycles and can happen for several reasons. Here are a few reasons why stocks may need to go down in order to make a correction:
1. Overvaluation:
When stocks become overvalued relative to their earnings, assets, or growth potential, a correction helps realign prices with their intrinsic value. Investors may have driven prices too high due to speculation or overly optimistic expectations, and a correction brings valuations back to more reasonable levels.
2. Market Euphoria and Excessive Risk-Taking:
When the market experiences excessive optimism, driven by factors like low-interest rates, easy access to capital, or speculative trading, it can lead to inflated stock prices. A correction serves as a reality check, reducing excessive risk-taking and bringing prices back to sustainable levels.
3. Economic Slowdown or Uncertainty:
Economic indicators like GDP growth, unemployment rates, or consumer spending can signal a slowdown. If the economy is weakening, companies may struggle to meet earnings expectations, leading to lower stock prices. A correction allows the market to adjust to a new economic reality.
4. Interest Rate Changes:
Rising interest rates make borrowing more expensive and reduce corporate profits, which can lead to a market correction. Higher rates also make bonds more attractive relative to stocks, prompting investors to reallocate their portfolios, leading to downward pressure on stock prices.
5. Profit-Taking by Investors:
After a strong market rally, investors may start taking profits, especially if they believe prices have peaked. This selling pressure can lead to a correction as stock prices adjust to lower levels.
Conclusion
Corrections are a necessary and healthy part of the market cycle, helping to prevent bubbles from forming and ensuring that stock prices reflect the underlying fundamentals of companies and the economy. Although corrections can be unsettling for investors, they often create buying opportunities and contribute to the long-term stability of the market.

Is SP500 strike to cover crisisDear All,
This is SP500 to GDP Ratio chart which is show us maybe we should ready for another crisis. If you compare this chart to Will500PR to GDP Ratio I have published before you can clearly see negative bearish divergence between these two that means total public traded shares do not touched higher top but SP500 index reaches higher rates; So its obvious to see a sharp shrinkage as soon as possible. See if FED can cover it by soft landing or not?
Continue To Monitor 5390 For Bulls and BearsWe are currently 1.5 trading days away from our original market top call, but this analysis will cover any new developments. Wave A appeared to have a good 5 wave structure with wave 3 having an extension. Wave B retraced 73% of wave A's movement quicker than expected. Wave C has most likely completed at least the first two waves and possibly as much as 4 waves. Wave 2 retraced around 64% of wave 1 and as wave 3 is currently marked, it extended 304% of wave 1. I have marked wave 3 based on my wave 3 indicator at the bottom. The shorter arrow pointing down depicts a wave 3 of 3 and the larger arrow depicts the end of a wave 3. The gap in the blue painted backgrounds at the bottom is the distinguishing feature of two separate wave 3s being signaled instead of just one wave 3. The retracement off of the signaled wave 3 was very quick although it was a 20% retracement and quite possibly the end of wave 4. If these four waves have concluded, wave 5 and the market could top as early as Friday.
I will walkthrough the levels on the far right first to determine a possible top. The furthest right values are retracements from the original market top from mid-July. If the index moves back to the all-time high, it would have retraced 100%. A common retracement could be between 38.2%-61.8%. The next column left of this is the movement extension of C from wave A which topped at 5336.20. Basically, wave C should finish somewhere above 5336.20 which the index has now surpassed and therefore is capable of topping at any time. The next leftmost column are movement extensions from wave 3's movement inside of wave C. Once again, we are already above wave 3's top (5333.70) and capable of ending at any time.
I try to find common levels among these three columns and monitor the index as it approaches. A 50% retracement of the macro wave 1 would occur at 5387.30, while an extension of wave A would of 123.6% is at 5393.31, coincides with a 138.2% extension of wave 3 at 5392.57. This very tight zone is certainly one to monitor for a top and it is not far away at the time of this analysis.
I try to make similar identifications in other symbols to get a better read of the S&P500 index. Japan is moving the same, although it is unclear if they have completed wave 3 of C yet.
They will most likely see more movement as their trading day gets in full swing during the overnight hours for North America. They may continue the momentum observed from America's Thursday session. Without marking their completed wave 3 with certainty, their area of commonality is between 37705-37782.
JP Morgan Chase makes things more interesting because it is not clear if we are still in macro wave 1 or macro wave 2. The case for macro wave 1 has it in a micro wave 3 of C albeit in wave 4 of macro wave 1 here:
If this holds true, the S&P 500 may not be in the correct place. If JPM is actually inline with the current wave structure as the index, waves 4 and 5 were very abbreviated based on the location of the wave 3 of 3 signals from early August. This alignment would slightly alter the retracement lines to the far right as seen here:
The area of commonality is around 211.30 which is almost too much of a movement over the next 1-2 days for this stock.
Amazon appears to fall inline with the theory of ending macro wave 2 soon.
It has a target area around 170.5-171.32 and another much higher at 175.52-176.35.
Based on the lack of obvious agreement, it is difficult to determine where the market is. I will continue to monitor the initial theory that the market topped in mid-July and has completed a five wave structure down and is about to finish a three wave structure up in the coming days. If the levels pointed out here are significantly surpassed, the market could continue upward to new all-time highs once again. Another downward reversal on or before Monday likely points to a new index low between 4100-4700 within the next month.
S&P 500 ANALIYSIS !!S&P 500 Analysis
The S&P 500 has recently broken out of a "cup and handle" pattern, which is typically a bullish indicator. This breakout suggests a continuation of the upward trend, supported by the 21-day moving average that acts as a dynamic support level.
Cup and Handle Pattern: This pattern is characterized by a "cup" formation followed by a short consolidation period that forms a "handle." The breakout above the handle signals a bullish trend.
21-Day Moving Average: The S&P 500 is currently trading above the 21-day moving average, which acts as a support level and confirms the ongoing bullish momentum
Retest Above Breakout Level: The S&P 500 will likely retest the breakout level. A successful retest would further confirm the bullish trend.
CME Gap Considerations: There is a CME gap above the breakout level. Historically, such gaps tend to get filled, indicating potential short-term downward momentum before the uptrend resumes.
Monitor for a retest of the breakout level. If the price stays above this level, it confirms the bullish trend.
Keep an eye on the S&P 500 staying above the 21-day moving average. This will strengthen the uptrend.
Fill the Gap: Anticipate potential downward momentum to fill the CME gap. If this happens, it could present a buying opportunity if the price stays above key support levels
Breakout Below Support: If the S&P 500 breaks below the 21-day moving average and fails to recover, it could signal a reversal of the current trend.
The S&P 500 is in a strong bullish trend, confirmed by the breakout from the cup and handle pattern and support from the 21-day moving average. A retest of the breakout level and potential gap fill could bring short-term volatility, but as long as the price holds key support levels, the overall outlook remains positive.
Monitor the breakout level and 21-day moving average for potential retests.
Make sure any breakout or retest is accompanied by significant trading volume for confirmation.
Stay aware of macroeconomic news and updates that may impact market sentiment and the performance of the S&P 500.
Remember:-This is not a piece of financial advice. Stay tuned to us for further updates and analysis. Thank you!
SP500 Bullish setupSP500 looks good enough to try a long here. Main structure is bullish and we can see the same pattern is repeating again. Break of main trendline, retest and pump. I highlited 5.495 as a first resistance area, that i expect to be touched today. Here i think we will see a rejection that will make the price to retrace. Probably around tomorrow we could have a confirmation about a possible reversal that could lead the price to new highs.
ES1! - TIME TO LOOK FOR SHORT ENTRIES OPPORTUNITIES - WEEKLYThank you for the likes, shares and follows. Really appreciate!

This is a zoome out from the latest analysis of the ES1! Mini S&P500 Market.
A little bit adjusted with some interesting points to consider.
in the upper side we potentially won't be surprised in proach futrue see the price rising to $5637.5.
It is time probably to think at holding long short positions as there are some potential lower price point interesting to consider:
- The red horizontal line range area
- And lower there the blue dashed horizontal line
next week candle could probably do the same as this week but in the short side.
Where is the price going and what is the upper side limit? We don't know, we can only make some assumptions based on the technical analysis of the chart.
The issue is that we see that some historicl correlations are not being respected anymore.
Home Depot DivergenceHome Depot is a stock that loves bull and bear divergences in technical terms. There have been 3 bullish divergences since 2022, all of which have brought an average return of around 25%. The last divergence is now in place and a potential 25% return would push the stock over $400.

S&P500 ForecastS&P500 Currently, there is a bearish trend projected to reach 5190 from the pivot point at 5225. However, if it breaks above 5245, confirmed by a 4-hour candle closing above this level, it could potentially target higher levels at 5261 and 5280.
Key Levels:
Pivot Line: 5225
Bullish Lines: 5245, 5261, 5280
Bearish Lines: 5190, 5168, 5150, 5099
SP500 Mid term planOur friend Fibonacci is showing up a possible next move for SPX. Actually is ranging exactly on the 1.618 level of the last leg, and usually this level to a retrace till the level 1. There we could probably see a reversal that could lead the price into the resistance area at 5250, but it's probably too early for that
