ARKK Potential CorrectionThere is a bullish trend going on that started around March 15, it has all to do with the COVID-19 pandemic were in. Despite that investors are very positive since then. A Bullish view on an Innovative and very hot ETF. Much Potential.
ARKK price sitting a bit above the linear trendline. I think ARKK is a bit short in the next days but overall im very bullish about this paper. Would like to hear others ideas regarding this stock.

ARKK - Buy LevelsARKK has been solid and will continue to provide excellent returns. Price has been climbing channel and is currently around the median.
Seems like a H&S pattern is forming on low and high time-frames, thus a potential move down can occur.
I have set buy levels down to $110

Comparing ARKK to PBW and nasdaq100PBW has been blasting it this year, but it underperformed the nasdaq100 for a long time before that. ARKK has out performed more consistently. We are seeing more chinese tech taking the reins in recent times.
This is just an observation of all things in cutting edge sectors. Green energy might be pushed as people shy away from fossil fuels. Especially after the negative futures prices for oil earlier this year. I like all of these ofcourse.

Ark Innovation ETF Retracement PlayIf ARKK top was around $105/share. Using fibonacci retracement I would expect long opportunities to open up starting possibly around 0.5 fib (approx $70.00/share) and more likely around the golden ratio around 0.618/0.65 fib (approx $60/share). The golden ratio also corresponds closely with the 200 day ema on the 2D chart which should act as a strong resistance.

ARKK LongAfter completing a wave 3 we are setting up for an ABC correction to complete wave 4 if the support from previous ATHS is broken. I am looking to go long from 92-95 for an overall Price Target of 118.
If the support of 98 is not broken we can get far more extended than 118 before the next pullback.
Ideal Entry is 92-95 so if we do not break down that far be careful chasing as that is a potential range to pullback to.
Old school Butterfly pattern!This is the perfect bearish butterfly, first target 93, then could go as low as 72
ARKK continuing outperformance, but has it run too hot?ARK is unique in that it has multiple non-leveraged, actively-managed ETFs that have delivered strong outperformance. But in the past few months, that out-performance has gained steam. We've seen ETFs like $PBW and $TAN run up, but $ARKW, $ARKQ, $ARKG, $ARKF have all delivered strong performance vs. $SPY. This chart shows that the "innovation and disruption" narrative is either true, or has been overbought. The divergence is extreme.
Sitting at 10%+ of the fund is $TSLA, who recently dissolved their PR team, and had a roof fly off of a Model 3 on the drive home from the dealership. Valuations are stretched on most of the holdings. Research by Morgan Stanley and Schwab Equity Research have shown that stocks with very high beta and the highest forward P/E estimates perform worse than those with low-beta and lower forward P/E estimates.
From a technical side, any kind of mean-reversion for $ARKK would be disastrous. While it is the most liquid of the $ARKK funds, a breakdown in the mid-cap growth narrative could impact funds like these the most. $PBW and $TAN have already dealt with their reckoning, losing a great deal of their value in 2009. Are we seeing something similar happen today? Or are we seeing another parabolic move that will see additional follow-through, as we saw with $TSLA back in January?
