TNXP: Tonix Pharmaceuticals, TIME FOR PROFITS?!? ;)What's up my financial amigos and amigas! Hope all is well. Haven't posted in awhile but thought I'd share this: TNXP. Pharmaceutical company with decent history and negative earnings but continued improvement and growth. Working on approval from FDA after successful phase 3 trial of Fibromyalgia drug (among other projects).
Obviously, this is a more risky stock/company (and of course, I do enjoy a good gamble). This could certainly plummet more and/or result in being stuck in longer term position than desired. However, based on prior patterns of "mooning," coupled with my charting projections and current positive "news," I think it's time for at least a 100% pump.
We'll see...not financial advise and do your own research (and send me 10% of profits...jk, sort of).
Projection: >10 trading days for 50-100+ percent

TNXP Squeeze $if we continue to hold our ascending line we going to see a breakout at our current resistant 2.90$+ , and the target level to take profit (2.40$-2.69$-2.90$).

TNXP - Bullish alongside SIGAWe may see some movement on this one in the coming weeks just like SIGA. I have drawn out 2 levels of resistance with interest on my end after a clean break of $2.00. Resistance at 3.02 and 4.75. Generally, I would not recommend this kind of chart and industry. The biotech industry tends to have a very volatile nature. It is usually driven by news/rumors. Extremely hard to predict. If you're lucky, you may get a 20-30% rally price due to some random news. OR.. you can be stuck at this counter for a very very very long time. I would take this as a gambling trade that is not dependent on fundamentals or technicals. Just a pure gamble for some news to come along. If you must trade this, play small. I personally would avoid it.

TNXP Tonix Pharmaceuticals produces the Monkeypox Vaccine ! Tonix is a producer of the TNX-801 vaccine, effective against Smallpox and Monkeypox.
But that`s not all!
They have a strong balance sheet, Cash and Cash Equivalents Totaled Approximately $140 Million VS its mk cap of only $44.03Mil.
Seth Lederman, M.D., Chief Executive Officer of Tonix: “Tonix is making meaningful strides developing our rich portfolio of high impact product candidates,”
“By the end of this year, we expect to have five central nervous system (CNS) programs in the clinic, led by our most advanced program, TNX-102 SL (cyclobenzaprine HCl sublingual tablets) for fibromyalgia, which is in mid-Phase 3 development. Enrollment has begun for TNX-102 SL in a registration-enabling-Phase 3 clinical trial. TNX-102 SL trials in Long COVID and PTSD are also expected to initiate enrollment in the second quarter of 2022.”
TNX-2900 received Orphan-Drug designation by the FDA for the treatment of PWS in March 2022.
On this strong pipeline, on 4/18/2022 Noble Financial Initiated Coverage on TNXP with an Outperform rating and a price target of $19.20, while Alliance Global Partners has a price target of $64.
I expect TNXP Tonix Pharmaceuticals to be at least $10 per share.

TNXP Looking GoodDouble bottomd out, with it being in a downtrend for a long time, I expect a reversal to occur.
10y falling wedge about to break-outA 10 year falling wedge about to break-out, NDX extension about to be approved, multiple products in the pipe-line, how high can this go... in the short-term, still believe in my $1.50 mid-term target and $4 long-term target.
TNXP - Bullish?I like how price is shaping up (higher high and higher lows).
The oscillators I like are all finally headed in the right direction (green MACD histogram and line about to cross above 0 is good to see).
RSI is above 50, which is another good sign.
It's early days, but TNXP may have found the bottom (?).
Oh, and there was a lot of institutional buying in December 2021, according to the data on whale wisdom's site.

TNXP - A Chance To Get OutYesterdays bounce with gap is almost certainly a short covering rally at phi relation taken from 3 significant pivots.
It essentially provides buyers with a short window to get out with a small amount of grace.
Most likely service will be resumed to the downside and that gap will fill.
That said I'm not a financial advisor and your trades have nothing to do with me.
TNXP $1.50 inbound@BitFink got me interested in TNXP, wasn`t able to see it at the time Fink already did, but it`s getting more clear every day on all the time frames, a reversal is forming, an upside breakout can happen at any time now, this stock has the potential to reach $1.50 in a short amount of time and $4 within this year. I stacked 24.000 shares at an average of 0.29 and keep adding.

Time will tell, but this could be the start of a breakout. I've been here before, so I'm cautiously optimistic.
The oscillators don't look as promising on a 1M chart, and that's worth keeping in mind, imo.

TNXP - Surely Not! 😬😬😬TNXP looks like it may be breaking down from a continuation pattern.
Price has never moved past the 20Mma and it is brushing against it here. Good chance collapse is coming and another leg down the mountain.
If it is a continuation then from the thrust candle top, a 1:0.618 extension takes price to $0.029!
And a 1:1 would see price get to a staggering $0.0018! 😬😬😬
I'd buy a few at that price!

It just goes down and down and down some more.
Down another 11% today.

I have been watching TNXP for about two months now, amazing pipeline, disappointing history, confusing CEO, and way undervalued.
This is my take on the upcoming several months; it could go up a lot sooner, but this is the general trend that you'll see as we move. $4/share by EOY is a conservative estimate, but do your own DD.

If you bought TNXP don't panic about what is happening now, if you see the chart this is a 10-year falling wedge that can break at any moment.
Now we are in free fall let's say and that's why is better not to sell bc reversal is coming.
The parabolic day is coming but we don't know when.
Now save some money and wait for $0.15 or even $0.03 which is the bottom of the wedge to load more. But don't sell bc you never know when this thing is going to pop.
There are many facts happening around this stock and the first is: This is the stock with the largest presence of institutional investors who own 5%, 4%, 3%, 2%, 1% of all the stocks and while the price keeps going down they are loading more and more starting from the largest investor BlackRock. So, are we understanding what is going on? They are buying from paper hand investors at Black Friday prices, so stay strong and load more and more if you can afford it.
These large investors are thinking in the long run, of the company they’re focused on pipeline and capacity to deliver it. The 3 new locations under build and refurbishments paid for by strategic partners/ investors all demonstrate their focus right now and confidence in TONIX products.
Why do I care if from $0.65 went to $0.27 or even goes lower when I can keep buying more and more understanding this can go to $40/share.
In my case I'm happy with the number of shares I own, I won't buy anymore I will just wait. If keeps going down I will buy if touches $0.15 and if touches $0.03.
In the meantime, I will go to the park with my kids living life to the fullest.
This stock is popping big time so let it bake for the big party.
