ATVI Technical AnalysisNASDAQ:ATVI I am still new to technical analysis but I think this is ready for another breakout.
It has some resistance at $74 but will test again soon and if broken run to high $70s. Daily chart shows an ascending triangle pattern. MACD is about to cross the signal line and RSI still shows its not over bought.
Lets see what happens.

ATVI Long Term AnalysisThe only entertainment stock I am looking at right now is Activision/Blizzard for several reasons.
1. Took more of a corrective hit during the March lows with a 20% loss and it didn't even touch its long-term trendline low. I think that shows some strength and resilience compared to lets say Disney that took a 50% correction!
2. A win for the stay-at-home economy! Video Games allow children and adults to engage in a means of entertainment that is safe, affordable, and SOCIAL. Yes, it has become a social type of entertainment where you can connect with family and friends all over the world. Not to mention, it is becoming one of the biggest recognized sports.
3. Highly Addictive. Just like caffeine, sugar, salt (Warren Buffet owns a lot of Coca-Cola, I wonder why), Video Games increase dopamine levels and are HIGHLY ADDICTIVE. To the point that people cannot and will not stop playing them.
I put a limit trade in at $57.00 with a downside risk to $50.00 (where I will probably buy more if it looks bullish or wait for lower lows).
$ATVI STOCK TO BUY TODAY$ATVI IS RIGHT AT THE POINT TO ROCKET UP TO A NEW HIGH. its right at the last leg of the pattern and will create a new high around $80 - $84. I'm doing a couple options calls on it.
ATVIBased on my analysis:
1. ATVI formed a cup & stick chart (May 26-29).
2. Breakout neckline of 71.70 USD with the volume above average.
3. It is expected that the price will make correction to 0.5 fibo & supported by a slow stochastic indicator indicating the price will decline.
4. Traders are advised to take profit at (1) 74.60 USD or (2) 76-77 USD.
