atvi three drives setting upBack with another possible three drives pattern on atvi looks to be breaking out of that deep wedge would of liked to of seen a little more volume interest on yesterdays hammer but buying the third drive on atvi has been profitable on a couple of occasions for me so i will look to get involved just above yesterdays high targeting possibly 82-84.

Keep in mind looking at the big picture, this could be the start of an ABC correction. I do see a possible 12345 impulse wave up prior to this correction down. In that case I'll be looking for heavy resistance around $73.30 - $75.50
If we do hit our stop at $68.80 or meet heavy resistance on the B wave up, our next line of strong support on a C wave down would be around $67.16, which would set us up for another great R/R ratio trade.

Game stocks in general have been in a bull run for 5+ years, but historically ATVI is fairly valued with huge upside left. I expect ATVI to test the upper blue channel of the pitchfork in the future, which if that happened in the next few years would make for a target of over $145 dollars on the low end. This is a company with lots of IP and making smart bets on Esports. Look at any dips at or near the lower blue channel as a good buying opportunity. The yellow trend line has held since the low 30s and should be considered strong support.
