AMC is toast without butter if it breaks $9.71This is absolute critical that AMC can bounce from here or lowest price target $9.71 If it looses support of this area then it invalidates all bullish market structure by putting in a lower low and any sign of a reversal from this downtrend. If it loses $9.71 then support must hold at $7.53. Failing that I do believe it will revisit $1.94 Sorry to be the bearer of bad news and I know how many of you are married to this junk but the chart is the chart and the price is the price unfortunately.

"Calm down, would ya?"This is basically what we saw today. This has NOTHING to do with a different cinema-chain going bankrupt. This has nothing to do with retail selling out. This is what was expect to some extent. Did we want AMC+APE to close in the greens? Yes. Did an breakout from fridays close occur? Yes. Did mainstream media profit off of the uncertainty of investors, because the whole situtation was confusing to some? Yes. Did this change ANYTHING regarding the shortsqueez-play? No. Everything is going according to plan as we will eventually bounce off the trendline in the next few weeks and regain the higher levels. COMBINED. Please understand that part of your investment in AMC is now distributed to APE. APE=AMC. AMC=APE. AMC+APE= YOUR INVESTMENT IN THE COMPANY.

AnalysisHello! We are in a downtrend from August 16, 2022 to August 19, 2022. We will not go against this trend. Looking at the pattern of the chart, we have a high probability that the market will go up but provided that the vwap indicator as well as the resistance line are forcefully broken by a large green candle and followed by a large green volume. On the other hand, we could also have a continuation of this downtrend if and only if the support line is forcefully broken by a large red candle and followed by a large red volume. WEN MONDAYI expect a run up this week. The fuse has been lit. Don't mistake AMC with BBBY/RDBX. I started seeing AMC/GME more as crypto than regular stock. Very volatile, meme-bound securities in which hedge funds have been trapped in. 600m USD to boost spreadsheets? Yes, Kenny G is back at it again. They are stalling the margin call. For those who don't understand what a margin call is. Let me explain it very 'shortly' lol. Hedge fund borrows 100 shares of AMC for short purposes. They sell the shares because they expect the price to plummet. Later they buy the share back for a cheaper price, return the 100 shares and keep the profit. IF however the price start to rise, things look different. I bet we have all blown up a trading account. Well, if price soars, these hedge funds can be liquidated. That means an automatic buy-back is triggered to return the shares to the original owner. This buy-back doesnt know price. This buy-back of shares is automatically buying back every shares that is available at that time, until they returned the shares. It's AUTOMATIC . 1 share at 10.000$? Bought! 400 shares at 10.001$? Bought! 10 shares at 1.000.000$? Bought, if there are no other shares available at that particular moment. Even if there are shares for 1 Billion $, they are being bought back regardless. Of course, no one is going to wait this long. That's why 1000$, 2000$ is easily achievable. Heck, even 10k at some point is easily possible. Not everyone is going to sell up there. Just be happy with what you walk away with, but don't fumble the bag. Prepare an exit strategy that makes sense for YOU. Set your prices and go live your life. Don't beat yourself up over money lost. Don't lose your head over money made. Stay calm. Stay zen.

Bought shares plus deep short call for 8/26 EXPY1) PURCHASED 100 SHARES @ $17.95/ea. (debit $1,795 total). 2) SOLD a covered CALL @ $14 Strike, 8/26 EXPY, for $4.55 (credit $455). 3) AVG COST = $1,340 ($1,795 - $455). If I get assigned on my short call, then I sell the shares for $1400 + $455 premium = $1,855. $1,855 - $1,795 = +$60. Yippee. 4) Now I will receive the $APE dividend. 5) HOPEFULLY the ITM call I sold ($14) was 'DEEP' enough. $10 Strike MAY have been a more conservative choice. Time will tell! I may be selling short calls for months and months until I recoup. But hopefully not! 6) Lastly, if this does shoot up today (8/19), I have made my peace with that. Serenity now! <--which is already has. -__-

Projector in the MakingI am looking forward to the movie about this whole Ape-Movement. Who will be playing AA? Who will be playing Ken Griffin? I will personally fly to the USA to watch it in an AMC cinema. This is it, apes. The second we touch the dotted trendline, we wont be seeing these prices anymore. It was an honor to be able to take part in the making of financial history. BBBYxGME are falling apart. WSB members got lost in the sauce and now they are being punished. I don‘t feel sorry. AMC UpdateBailed out this morning for a small profit, wish I had dumped on the afternoon pump yesterday, but that's how it goes with speculative trading. Anyways, the chart pattern is very bearish, similar examples highlighted, usually this means a gap down the next day. Done playing with this for a while, I actually like playing this long so probably not shorting it even though tomorrow appears to be a down day. Everyone's gotta have a favorite garbage stock I guess, lol. Probably just because I made a bunch of money on taht first pop.

AMC UpdateWell they pumped it despite bad earnings, if they can't make money during a blockbuster summer season, then they'll never make any money. But a lot of crap stocks with crap earnings like Wayfair and BYND went up on a short squeeze, and meme stocks are even squeezier, so I don't think this is over yet. Did an overlay using the highlighted area. Note: Both RSI and MFI are overbought on the daily, so any long position here is pretty risky. No position because options premiums are way too high.
