A profitable mortgage lending company with great fundamentals 3 month bear trend, created its first higher low and just broke out from within the tight triangle boundary This is breaking out, I expect this to rocket soon - perhaps late December or January 2021 I have not added a position yet - I'm the type to wait for a daily 20 & 50 SMA Bull cross with both moving averages pointing upwards before I enter (White and blue lines respectively) I expect this to happen sometime after next week.

It's time to go SUPER LONG on RKTFrom all the IPO, RKT is in a very good long position. The institutions have been accumulating big time. Based on Fintel: Out of the 115,372,565 shares outstanding 89.73% are institutional owned shares (103,518,619) fintel.io Overview: The chart is in reversal head and shoulder pattern, all indicators are warmed up, the share price been manipulated down since IPO while the market been at an all-time high. This manipulation tells me, this company is not just another company like other IPO to pump and dump (I mean, let's get real - 80% of the current IPO will be trash sooner or later as they are X3 overvalued and losing an insane amount of money). Fundamental Rocket is probably the best IPO out there and big money wants to sit on it and when they want to sit on it they will shake it and shake it. Remember, when a company has an army of developers and IT employees you will dominate, innovate, and always have healthy growth. Current Chart: Beautiful institutions accumulation zone and a beautiful reverse head and shoulder as right shoulder need to break with the Super Resistance zone in order to make a big run-up. Until Super Resistance zone breaks buy the deep into the black support line and if it breaks, make sure you into this ride because it won't visit the Institutions Accumulation zone for some time. Short Term Risk: The only issue I could potentially see is that institutions would not want to pump this up till they will get more shares. 100mil shares out of 2bilion I won't be surprised if they will lock it down until CEO decide to give more meat to investors in one way or another. Long Term View: Regards the housing market, we will have a low-interest rate for quite some time, by the time the interest rate will raise Rocket will be in such a great position that it can reinvent itself by technology and acquisitions to continue growing but this time as a monopoly.

RKT most bullish scenarioThis is what I see as the most bullish outcome for RKT. Personally I don't think we will se it coming close to the all time high levels again before closer to Q3 or Q4 2021, although the H&S pattern shows us that a move to ≈27 is very likely in the next few weeks or even months. I won't go into the fundamentals of the company on this post, although I will say, they look decent/good, therefore holding the stock for the next couple of months won't be risky at all, as I could never see the stock going lower than 17,65. In conclusion, I think this is a stock with a lot of potential up-side and very little risk at this moment of time. It's a great 'speculative' play.
