The Financial Services segment consists of Continental Insurance Lanka Limited, which operates in the general insurance business; and Melsta Regal Finance Limited, which focuses on financing, leasing, hire purchase, and factoring. The Diversified segment provides tourism, maritime & logistics, strategic investments, and services. The company was founded on March 2, 1998 and is headquartered in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
