FILUSD TREND CONTINUATION PREDICTION - BEARISH FLAG PATTERNAVAUSD was making a series of LHs and LLs aligned with the concept of DOW THEORY and the RSI graph near the current price level is also consistent with the price point trend which shows no divergence. A bearish flag continuation pattern is also identified near the current price level further strengthening the case for a possible trend continuation. My entry point for this trade is 4.19. SL is set at 4.6 and my TP is set at 3.78. To take advantage of this trend continuation, I have applied another trade but this time TP 2 is set at 3.37 which gives me a risk-to-reward ratio of 1:1.5 for my 2 trades. Filecoin (FIL) to $170 / 10xOn a recent update to the expected alt-token market dominance idea I alluded a number of alt-tokens can expect a 10x return in the next run. And no, Cardano is not one of them so don’t ask! (The number of messages received on that token, reminds me of the XRP or Chainlink cults). On the above 5-day chart price action has corrected over 90% from almost exactly 1 year ago. A number of reasons now exist to be bullish, including: 1) The ‘incredible buy’ signal prints. 2) Regular bullish divergence. Lots of it. 11 Oscillators are currently printing positive divergence with price action. 3) Price action is on or almost on the 0.618 golden ratio. Were I to pettifog, it’s $15.85. However given the target, don’t try to time the market. 4) Price action is testing past resistance as support. Look left. 5) A regular bullish divergence is also visible on the 2-day BTC /FIL pair (below) following a break of RSI resistance. It is possible price action falls further? Sure. Is it probable? FILUSD looks bullish againIn November 2022 we predicted that Filecoin will drop below 3 $: Now, it's a time for an update and upside targets! FILUSD looks pretty strong. The price came back above the resistance which should be acting as a support now. We may see a few days of consolidations above this key level (5$) which would be very bullish, however it would not be unexpected to see a rally continuation towards 8-9$. MACD indicator shows a positive momentum and it looks strong for bulls. FILUSD on a Resistance. Huge liquidity zone below.FILECOIN - FILUSD crossed above the MA50 1W and hit Resistance A (9.52500). There is a huge Liquidity Zone, which offered Demand during the Jan/ Feb consolidation and Supply before the market bottomed out. As you see most of the volatility of the past 8 months is seen inside this zone. With the Golden Cross 1D only 1 or 2 days ahead, such a pullback will be a great buy opportunity.
