With the recent Bitfinex listing its overdue for an pump. Next exchange will be announced early next week. Qtum satellite will be launched within 2017 and many more awesome news.
I believe the only reason for QTUM not to breakout already is due to the needed recovery of the china desaster - the bad marketing regarding previous exchange listings and the recent upcoming BTC Hardfork and ETH Metropolis Hardfork is in front of the door already.
as soon as those 2 bigs are finished with the forking - people will switch back to alts.
As always this are just my 2 cents - its not guaranteed it will come like i say - but my aspergers often told me i was right ^^ - so lets hope its the same this time again

QTUM - Ascending triangleQTUM has entered an ascending triangle formation, with a horizontal roof right on the 235 SMA. This formation is usually a continuation signal of a bullish trend, however the moving averages don't look ready, especially with resistance being on the 235. If the triangle supports another bounce, then a buy order could be set at the breakout at ~0.0029, with a stop at ~0.00274, for a 20% target below previous resistance at ~0.00348. However, if it does break then caution should be taken on the fundamental side - since China is likely to announce new cryptocurrency regulations next week, which could be likely to interrupt this breakout run.

Here is a nice potential setup for a buy entry on QTUMBTC
Accumulation of :
- Breakout and retest of red trendline
- Bullish structure
- Triple fibonacci level
- Support zone
- Targets sets with standard deviation , trend angle , fibonacci , resistance and trendlines

QTUM/BTC Three possible ways QTUM is now close to crossing the line of resistance and support line, so there are two possible options from this place: A - it breaks the red line, which means confirmation of the bulls; B - it breaks the first line of support, goes to the second, after which again the confirmation of the bulls. If the second line of support is passed, it will go to the main line of support, which will determine what will be the market - bullish or bearish.
Qtum - The next arc idea and FAQtum jumped back at its major support line (230k satoshi). Looks like it is getting ready for a bigger move.
History likes to repeats it self (especially in charts) that's why if I expect another arc.
I got two scenerios for that:
1. Another arc could be the smalest one, and then will formed the big one in price range of previous ATH or bigger.
2. Forth arc will be this big one.
