Southern Packaging Group Ltd. is an investment holding company, which engages in plastic packaging material production. It operates through the following segments: Rigid Packaging, Flexible Packaging, and Property Development. The Rigid Packaging segment offers polyethylene terephthalate bottles together with printing of design onto the bottle. The Flexible Packaging segment focuses on manufacturing plastic packaging bags with design supplied by the customers for the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and hygiene industries. The Property Development segment includes developing and holding property for future sale in the ordinary course of business or earning rental income. The company was founded by Shu Ying Mai and Shun Ming Pan in 1981 and is headquartered in Singapore.
