The Hardware and Cloud Infrastructures segment includes marketing and maintenance of computers, computer systems, consulting and planning infrastructure solutions regarding such products, and the supply of professional personnel to customers on demand, cloud solutions, and cyber solutions. The Software, Projects, and Business Solutions segment consists of development, marketing, and maintenance of software systems, organizational computing, supply of professional personnel for software development, and maintenance for the company's clients. The Payroll Services, Human Resources, Attendance, and Long-term Savings segment provides payroll services through a variety of comprehensive solutions for the management and investigation of organizational information, human resources systems, attendance systems, pension operation services, and long-term savings. The Establishment and Investment in Start-up Companies segment deals with establishing and investing in start-up companies with unique and innovative technology platforms. The Real Estate Yields segment includes renting properties in parks for knowledge-intensive industries, offices, industry and storage, commercial centers, and revaluation of real estate for investment. The Residential Real Estate and Real Estate for Sale segment mainly includes the sale of apartment stock, improvement, and sale of land it owns intended for residential buildings. The company was founded in 1963 and is headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel.
