THETAUSDT bullish ScenarioHere I am discussing bullish scenario of THETA because theta had a good bounce from deep retracement FIB level in weekly time frame which is very bullish case in terms of Price action. Next resistance would be around $5.6-$5.9, so if you bought theta during dip try to book some profit as we can see a correction as explained in the chart. Also I am seeing that theta might enter into an accumulation phase around $5.9 to $7.7 region (Also explained in the chart). Overall theta will explode once price will hold $8.5 or above in weekly TF . All importance regions of support and resistances are given in the chart so trade accordingly.

It has already broken through the first TP and since bouncing off the bottom resistance it will surely head back up and crush TP 2 and possibly 3

Theta is inside a falling wedge and it tried to break out the local resistance and ended up failing. Theta will thrive in 2022?
- THETAUSDT bounced off the Strong support on 3.5$-3.8$ on Jan. 11, indicating that bulls are accumulating on dips. The Stochastic has formed a positive divergence, suggesting that the selling pressure could be reducing and buy pressure would rise.
- looking on our 1D time frame chart if bulls drive the price above the 20-day EMA 4.40$ ( purple resistance ), the pair could rise up from the downtrend line. This level may act as a stiff resistance, but if bulls overcome it THETA could rally to 5.94$( 200-day EMA /Strong Resistance ). A breakout and close above this level could complete a double bottom pattern in the short term. This setup has a pattern target at 8.00$.
-Conversely, if the price turns down from the 20-day EMA or the downtrend line, it will suggest that sentiment remains negative and traders are selling on every short rallies. The bears will then attempt to pull and sustain the pair below the $3.85 to $3.50 support zone. If they succeed, it will signal the start of the next leg of the downtrend.

In addition, the price has already approached the trend line and the middle of the range. These are strong resistance levels and if they are overcome, price is likely to head towards the upper end of the range. A breakout of the resistance could be a good buying opportunity.
