GOLD ROUTE MAP UPDATE Hey Everyone, Another awesome finish to the week with our charts idea playing out to perfection!!! After completing our 3050 target yesterday, we got our cross and lock above 3050 opening 3065, followed with a further cross and lock above 3065 opening 3080, Both 3065 and 3080 were completed today for a perfect finish. We will now need a cross and lock above 3080 for a continuation into the next Goldturn or failure to lock will see rejections into the lower Goldturns. GOLD → Consolidation. News. False breakdown. Growth?FX:XAUUSD and TVC:DXY in consolidation ahead of important news and Trump's speech. Economic risks are rising and the future outlook depends on fundamental data... Trade tensions support gold demand. Trump may impose global tariffs of up to 20% which will increase risks to the economy. Investors are piling into gold in anticipation, pushing its price to a record $3,150 A key factor is the details of the tariffs. If tariffs are softer than expected, gold could fall to intermediate support zones. If the trade war escalates, the rise could continue beyond 3150 Economic risks are rising and gold may test 3107 - 3100 support before rising further. Technically, 3100 - 3107 is a zone of interest and liquidity. If bulls hold the support, gold will continue to rise. Otherwise, gold may form a correction towards 3075 - 3065 Resistance levels: 3126, 3135, 3147 Support levels: 3107, 3100, 3091 The price is correcting to consolidation support in the moment. A strong and sharp fall is fraught with the risk of a liquidity grab and a false breakdown. In this case, gold may strengthen to one of the key resistances. GOLD DAILY CHART MID/LONG TERM UPDATE Hey Everyone, This is an update on our daily chart idea that we are now tracking for a while now. If you have only started following us, please read the updates below at the bottom from previous weeks to see how effectively we have been tracking this. Now after completing the target to the channel top we stated that if we see ema5 lock outside the channel then we will look for support outside the channel on the channel top for a continuation, which played out perfectly, as the channel top after the breakout provided support for a continuation. We then stated and expected price to play between 3052 and 3007 until we see a break to confirm our next range. We got the test on 3007 with no body close or ema5 lock, which confirmed the rejection and the bounce perfectly into 3052, which then followed with the body close above 3052 opening the range above, giving a nice clean run of over 300 pips. Gap remains open and ema5 lock will only further confirm this but we are happy with the run already and will now continue to buy from dops only. This is the beauty of our Goldturn channels, which we draw in our unique way, using averages rather than price. This enables us to identify fake-outs and breakouts clearly, as minimal noise in the way our channels are drawn. We will use our smaller timeframe analysis on the 1H and 4H chart to buy dips from the weighted Goldturns for 30 to 40 pips clean. Ranging markets are perfectly suited for this type of trading, instead of trying to hold longer positions and getting chopped up in the swings up and down in the range. We will keep the above in mind when taking buys from dips. Our updated levels and weighted levels will allow us to track the movement down and then catch bounces up using our smaller timeframe ideas. Our long term bias is Bullish and therefore we look forward to drops from rejections, which allows us to continue to use our smaller timeframes to buy dips using our levels and setups. Mr Gold GoldViewFX OLD UPDATES ON THIS CHART IDEA MARCH 23RD WEEK UPDATE The half line of our unique channel gave the perfect bounce into the next axis target at 2904, inline with our plans to buy dips just like we stated. We now have a body close once again with ema5 cross and lock above 2904 leaving the range above open. We will continue to look for support at the ascending half-line of the channel, as we climb into the range. PREVIOUS WEEKS UPDATE After completing our Bullish targets we stated that the channel top will act as resistance confirmed with ema5 rejection. A break of the channel top with ema5 would confirm a continuation and failure would confirm rejection. This allowed us to identify true breakouts against fake outs. We also stated that we need to keep in mind the channel half line below to establish floor to provide support for the range, should we continue to track further up. A break below the half line will open the lower part of the channel to establish floor on the channel bottom. The safest way to track this movement is by buying dips. - Once again this played out perfectly as we got the rejection on the channel top followed with the channel half line test, which gave the perfect bounce like we stated. We will now either look for a continuation from this bounce or a cross and lock below the half line for a break into the lower channel floor.

Lingrid | GOLD Continues to CONSOLIDATE above the 3000 level Yesterday, OANDA:XAUUSD price moved higher, briefly taking liquidity above the previous day's high at 3035 before pulling back to consolidate. This resembles the price action we observed at the beginning of the month when the price consolidated around the 2900 level, tested the bottom of the consolidation, made a false break, and then moved to higher levels. Given that the price has tested the bottom of the current consolidation zone twice, I anticipate a similar scenario may unfold, where the price could retest the area below the psychological level once more before climbing higher, particularly if a false break occurs. Then it some time traded near this level and then continued to grow in channel and soon reached resistance line of channel. Soon, Gold reached the $3055 level and then corrected to the channel's support line, after which it turned around. XAU reached $3055 level again and broke it, aftr which continued to grow and recently, it reached almost resistance line. But soon, it turned around and started to decline, so, in my mind, Gold can continue to decline to $3055 level. THE KOG REPORT - Update End of day update from us here at KOG: Yesterday we said we would be looking to target 1 of 2 levels once price breaks out. We managed to hit the higher target on the breakout and got a 100pip RIP from the zone before the move terminated. NY however, gave us the entry we wanted on the boxes and to target Excalibur from the lower level netting a phenomenal pip capture, the TP was shared with the wider community as well. So now, as we're in unchartered territory up here it's a little risky to go long unless we get the pull back into the lower support region and it holds. We have circled the higher level which we feel price will want to attempt and if targeted during the Asian session may give us a RIP. For now, it's been an amazing week on gold, tomorrow is a day off from the markets. Bollinger Bands Warning: Is Gold Losing Uptrend?Gold ( OANDA:XAUUSD ) has succeeded in creating a New All-Time High(ATH) as I expected in my previous post . Now, the question is whether Gold can continue its upward trend. Gold is currently moving in the Resistance zone($3,058-$3,045) . The upper and lower lines of the Bollinger Bands indicator also play the role of resistance and support well on the 1-hour time frame . Also, we can see the Regular Divergence(RD-) between Consecutive Peaks( Bollinger Bands indicator and Price ). Educational Note : A divergence forms when the price chart and the indicator behave in contrast to each other. Divergence sell signals mostly form at the end of an upward trend, where the price chart forms a peak above the Bollinger upper band and another peak after, below the upper band. These signals are considered negative Regular Divergences(RD-) , hinting at a potential market reversal and a downward trend. In terms of Elliott Wave theory , I think the main wave 4 is NOT yet complete, and we can expect another corrective wave . I expect Gold to bearish trend in the coming hours and drop to at least $3,036 , with the next target being an attack on the Support zone($3,032-$3,021 ) . High Volatility Trade Management & Risk Management Strategies With a current geopolitical uncertainty and the election of Trump, forex market and gold experience wild price fluctuations. These unpredictable swings can result in substantial losses, particularly for the beginners in trading. In this article, I will share with you the essential trade management and risk management tips for dealing with extreme volatility in trading. I will reveal proven strategies and techniques for avoiding losses and unexpected risks. 1. First and foremost, pay attention to the news. The main driver of high volatility on the markets are the news , especially the bad ones. In normal times, high impact news events are relatively rare, while in times of uncertainty their frequency increases dramatically. Such news may easily invalidate the best technical analysis setup: any powerful support or resistance level, strong price action or candle stick pattern can be easily overturned by the fundamentals. Trump tariffs threats against Canada made USDCAD rise by 400 pips rapidly, while the change of rhetoric quickly returned the prices to previous levels. One you hold an active trade, monitor the news. If you see the impactful news that may affect the pair or instrument that you trade, immediately protect your position, moving stop loss to entry. It will help you avoid losses if the market starts going against you. 2. Even constantly monitoring the news, you will not be able to protect yourself from all the surprising movements. Sometimes your trades will quickly be closed in a loss. Therefore, I strictly recommend measure a lot size for every trade that you take. Make sure that you risk no more than 1% of your trading account per trade. That will help you to minimize losses cased by the impactful, uncertain events. 3. The impactful events may also occur on weekend, while Forex market is closed. Such incidents can be the cause of huge gap openings. If you hold an active trading position over the weekend, remember that your entire account can be easily blown with such gaps. Imagine that you decided to buy EURUSD on Friday during the NY session and keep holding the position over the weekend. A huge gap down opening would make you face huge losses, opening the market 125 pips below the entry level. By the way, this day I received a dozen of messages from my followers that their accounts were blown with the opening gaps. 4. If you see a significant price movement caused by some events, and you did not manage to catch it, let it go. Jumping in such movements is very risky because quite ofter correctional movements will follow quickly. It will be much safer and better to try to be involved in a trend continuation after a pullback. Look what happened with Gold when Trump began a new trade war. The price started to grow rapidly. However, even during such a sentiment, 500 pips pullback occurred, giving patient traders a safe entry point for the trade. 5. In the midst of geopolitical tensions and trade wars, the markets tend to rally or fall for the extended time periods. The best trading strategies to use to get maximum from such movements are trend-following strategies. While reversal, counter-trend trading might be extremely risky, providing a lot of false signals. GOLD - Price can bounce up from pennant to $3100 points Hi guys, this is my overview for XAUUSD, feel free to check it and write your feedback in comments👊 Price sometimes declined inside the falling channel, where it broke support level and fell to the channel's support line. Then it turned around and rose to support area, some time traded near and later continued to move up. Gold broke $2935 level again and soon exited from channel also, after which continued to grow in pennant. In pennant, price reached $3055 level, which coincides with resistance area and tried to break it, but failed. After this, price corrected to support line of pennant and then started to grow, and now it trades near $3055 level. Gold’s Unsustainable Rally: A Strong Correction Ahead? In my analysis yesterday, I explained that XAU/USD is significantly deviated from the mean, with its 20-period moving average nearly 1,500 pips below the current price. This level of divergence is unsustainable. As always, trading against the trend is risky—especially when there’s no clear guide, such as a resistance level, to structure the trade. Although my sell trade from yesterday hit its stop loss this morning, my outlook remains the same: a strong correction is likely. Looking at a smaller time frame, we can see that Gold has risen sharply since last week, gaining 1,000 pips. The 3,125–3,130 zone is acting as a key short-term confluence support. At the time of writing, the price is hovering just above this level with significant volatility. Typically, strong volatility signals potential reversals, and considering all factors, a downward move is highly probable. In conclusion, I maintain my expectation of a strong downside reversal. A break below the confluence support would confirm this move, and I anticipate at least a 500+ pip drop in the coming days. With that in mind, I will be looking to re-enter short. GOLD ROUTE MAP UPDATE Hey Everyone, Another great day on the markets today, allowing us to bounce between the Goldturns, inline with our plans to buy dips. Not much to report as we are seeing Gold range sideways consolidating ready for a breakout. We still have the gap left open at 2999, which fell short by a few pips. We will continue to use the lower Goldturns to buy dips until we see the weighted levels cross and lock to confirm the next range. Failure to break 3032 will keep seeing rejections into the lower Goldturns for the bounces. We will keep the above in mind when taking buys from dips. Our updated levels and weighted levels will allow us to track the movement down and then catch bounces up. We will continue to buy dips using our support levels taking 30 to 40 pips. As stated before each of our level structures give 20 to 40 pip bounces, which is enough for a nice entry and exit. If you back test the levels we shared every week for the past 24 months, you can see how effectively they were used to trade with or against short/mid term swings and trends. THE KOG REPORT - Update End of day update from us here at KOG: Although a choppy week to start with, we managed to get our move down which stopped short but gave a a fantastic pip capture, then based on the bias of the week managed to complete all our bullish targets plus the Excalibur targets that activated. Red boxes again played their part giving us precise entry and exit level activating and hitting their own targets, the best of which gave us over 300pips on the capture.
