This set up looks like a Rising Wedge, maybe signaling a possible sell for tomorrow earnings?

Again, the newby guy here, i think a possible downtrend coming on LLY with the formation of the pennant flag.
I'm new to this, but it seems to me that today AVG formed a H&S. If it breaks the 239, then probably will go down to ~223 on this H&S pattern. lets wait and see
