So today was very chaotic i was in fight mode going completely against my Trading Plan. It's very messy to keep up with what is happening i do apologise. The first 3 trades are terrible risky nonsense My 4th trade i followed my plan and it worked. The next 2 trades i was hedging but not having enough experience doing this its very risky. I guess it goes to show...
OHHHH NOOO hahahaha The market sucked me in and spat me out. I had a great London session and shouldn't have kept trading but greed, FOMO ect..... took hold and i couldn't resist. I did loss a couple of hours sleep over it but we all make mistakes and cleared my head for the next day! I say i wont do it again but it's something i'll learn from when i do my review...
Today i managed 8.6% with 2 losses and 2 wins. I'm only using 0.5% risk and 2 losses a day to keep myself disciplined. (Imagine if i was risking the 1% per trade i would have finished this phase the first day of trading) I lower my risk to 0.5% with higher quality trades and medium to low quality i will use 0.25% risk. This helps so much with emotions especially...
I didn't post a video for this trade as my 12 month old twins decided to scream a bit hahaha Another not so good trade as i FOMO again due to the fact i had a coffee before trading and it was to much! I always do a 5-10min meditation prior to London open to get in the zone. All good though we move on.
Second and last trade for the day. This trade i followed my plan and was just tagged out. I mainly do market orders as it can give me more precision but getting the stop in the right position can be difficult. I guess its just one of those days but i've learnt to give my stop a little bit extra so its a win for me. Shout out to my mentors at phantom Fx.
Want to have full transparency with my Evaluation to continue evolving. today was one of those not so good days haha. This trade i wasn't very relaxed and FOMO took hold. This is something i'm usually very good at controlling and to be honest i should have just had a day off. i'll learn from it and make sure i don't do it again but all good we move on :)
This trade details my thought processes of trading supply demand levels or "SMC" I'm currently trading a $100,000 MFF evaluation phase 1.
