It is good to keep a long-term outlook and at the same time, zoom in on the details. My top chart shows a little over a week in 30m candles. All of that is condensed in only two columns on Point & Figure chart. Then, when it comes to forex, it is important to compare volume (proxy-volume to be exact) only with relevant sessions today, or in the previous...
Trying my first XO trade. This looks like a triple bottom sell with a pole which may be followed by a catapult double bottom sell. Looking good! I won't be getting into the details much as I am beginning with this type of analysis myself. Looks like a good short after "O" paints below the blue line and creates a new sell entry with a stop-loss above the last "X" column.
As initial impact of the interest rates change fades off, I do think that there is some upside potential. The price vacuums were created on the way where we are now. They are easier to see on X/O charts. These areas have a lot of liquidity that the big traders like to reach for. But it is a downtrend for the long-term nevertheless. Interest rates matter!
This is a volume-based entry. There is a volume vacuum between the yellow rectangle and the red projections. I expect the price to reach for the first red line to offer a good buy entry with SL below the second one.
TREIF is a service provider bringing AI advisors to the medical industry. The time will tell to what degree will be its early versions useful and it doesn't have the equipment a real doctor has. But I can see how it could sort out symptoms and give medical advice for common mild health problems fairly easily. Medical professionals are expensive. Even if your...
Over the last 3 weeks, GBPCAD broke two important swing lows. Only one recent swing low is remaining. The price appears to have slowed down. From a fundamental perspective, the latest interest rates change was back in March 2020. Although the difference suggests that the pair is bearish, the actual difference between the rates didn't change much back then, so I...
New Zealand national bank increased rates from 0.25 to 0.50 points. It doesn't take a genius to imagine how that impacts the price of the EURNZD pair. With higher interest rates, it is more beneficial for the banks to hold NZD. Plus this pair was in a downtrend before that. The most recent lows are broken ( dashed green ). A somewhat recent low meets a 2019 swing...
Facebook and their own services experienced a short blackout yesterday. The services should be up again as the price approaches 200 EMA which is at a level of one of the previous SWING LOWS. This company is probably going to continue falling, but now is the perfect opportunity for a short-term bounce.
Česká národní banka (Czech National Bank) has increased interest rates from 0.75 to 1.5 This was not expected at all and is likely to have continuous impact on the markets. I started shorting both USD and EUR against CZK. Support on EUR Support on USD There is far more room to go for Crown against Dollar, but I expect the support to be broken unless FED...
SP500 has been growing nicely for more than a year. And that is how long the market hadn't tested the previous month's High. For the last 12 months, the average micro-correction hasn't even approached halfway to the previous month's high-low range. Now, it did and with style. Although it recovered fairly quickly, it is now back near the initial takeoff price and...
200 EMA, Bollinger Bands, Monthly Low -> all very near Friday closing price. • 200 EMA is generally regarded as an important dynamic level • Bollinger Bands works well on this pair according to my testing • Monthly Highs/Lows are important pivots You can also see support with a naked eye - the exact same level. That is exactly why I think that the level will be...
8.9. I wrote that we are dealing with another high volatility candle which tends to work as support or as resistance. A sufficient time has elapsed between then and now - a key condition for traders to calm down and put orders in this predictable area and increase the area liquidity as a result. Now, the price got exactly where I wanted it and I am going long on...
Yesterday price dropped down below 200 EMA to the support zone. Later, it moved back up again closing above EMA and within the previous candle's range. This pinbar has three supportive factors making it more significant than any other. ► It breached 200 EMA, yet it closed above it confirming the dynamic level to be a support. ► Opened and closed within the...
I highlighted a key area with a purple rectangle. It appears GBPCAD has enjoyed creating this double top/bottom pattern in the last few days. ►In the second and third-fifth of the London session, the price breaks out of the Asian range (yellow) and created top. ►Before the start of the New York session, the price starts to retrace back to the Frankfurt opening...
SPCE switched from vertical growth and fall to sideways accumulation. SPCE tends to grow massively on News, yet fall in the absence of any. It's probably due to the emotional bond to space research many people & investors have and all of us want to see SPCE succeed. Their main advantage is efficiency. The plane-like runway take-off burns less fuel, so does the...
With #BTCUSD being the most-watched symbol on Tradingview, it would be hard to miss yesterday's candle dropping the price by as much as 19% at a time. It is unmatched in volume as far as early August and to find a challenger in overall size, you would have to go even further left to May. Anyway, these candles often create support of their own. If there was one,...
In the Uranium market, to keep all atomic plants going, the offer must improve. There was a good interview on Kitco News explaining the current movement. These low prices are not even worth mining for some companies and not enough volumes of Uranium are on the market as a result. All Uranium stocks I've got on my watchlist grew significantly with ENCUF and ISNF...
The silver made three significant wicks to the bottom resistance area on 24 September 2020, 30 November 2020, and 9 August this year. Each was higher than the previous one. On the one hand, such an area will have a high concentration of buy-limits, sell-stops, and stop-loss orders. If broken by a sufficient margin, limit order buyers will trigger their stop-loss...
