It fell too far too fast, and without any apparent justification, and is likely to go up & continue it's long-term trend. BLL has been trending up steadily for literally decades, breaking new all-time highs on a regular basis. Currently it just went through a period of consolidation, then broke out above & made it's latest all-time high. Helped by this is the news that Karina Funk of the $1.1 billion Brown Growth Fund is behind it.
