FED didn't rule out initially Negative Int, but rejected it now. But no choice for FED like EU, JAN... If it can't break 1920, then back down to 1816. Once it break down 1800, heading down to 1570 level. IMO

XAUUSD IT MAY BE RETRACE TO 1177-1140 THEN BACT UP TO 1310 RANGE, DEPENDS ON FED'S DECISION ABOUT NEGATIVE INT.
