From my perspective IOTA will start rising dramatically in November, but in order to do that, IOTA must break these levels of support. BTC might make it sooner or later, nobody knows. Also, there two levels of support for IOTA 1.79 and 2.08, Perhaps it will help the people who will buy it later. IOTA will reach $3 before 2022.
