Closed out the $465 11/26 puts for a nice profit, time to look for some other plays or just sit in cash
I'm about ready, looking for a longer term call or call spread to set and forget for a few months.
If we can't clear the $1,200 mark soon, I'm targeting a gap fill of the $900 before end of year. Will keep updating as we consolidate here.
Weekly chart set up is nice, relative strength today in a bad market...
For now, I am mostly cash, some SPY and QQQ put hedges, but I need some better set ups before I get back on the bull wagon. No reason to rush, let the trades come to you...
Watching closely to see if we hit bottom today in the $180's. A solid recover day tomorrow over $195 would be nice confirmation.
If we can get a rally here, I'm liking the next push over $300 to stick....but a breakdown and we might go all the way to $200. Not going to call out a play, but will keep tracking this.
I like TSLA, but the potential for a market pull back to end the week leaves an opportunity here, $1,050/$1,000 put spread at $1.55. Just in case, small risk
This has been beaten down pretty bad since earnings. Still is a market leader, but has not been able to find a base since the first post earnings bounce. Watching to see if it finds support or needs one more leg down
I'll be looking for some rebound in the crypto market before I jump back in here, just watching...
I have been missing my plays lately, so going to borrow an idea from a respected Fintwitter, @jpatrades . Low risk/high reward potential. $230 12/17 calls for Paypal. I'll be trying to find a few new tickers next week.
All travel is failing, seeming like a new wave of COVID is putting pressure on all travel for the winter. Sitting out for awhile
Shout out to a twitter follower to get me looking at this, I like the consolidation. Could start a real move here soon...
If we fail here, I'm looking for a full break down below $200, but on a breakout to the upside, first stop $250, then $270. Will keep updating this chart.
I think a play could still be here, watching for another day of consolidation, them maybe tomorrow enter a month out call spread, $250/$270 perhaps
$230 call at $1.19 to end the week, see if we can get a runner...
This is the zoom in of where I was hoping to hold the line, just a small sample size on the two day volume profile, showing this as a key short term area. If we don't hold, might drop into the $11's..
So far my $14's aren't working, but I only played what I was willing to lose, so I'm holding. This chart is my study to see if we can repeat the last week pattern.
