I pointed out in a previously posted idea that HTF resistance was coming in around 104 and 106 in the DXY chart. After reaching the 103.75 price levels price started moving lower making lower lows and lower highs on the LTFs.

Watch for DXY to gap down, fill, and then continue down. Set ups forming on UJ and EU to go along with this idea if it plays out (retrace and continuation of the move that just happened as the Asian session opened)

Watching for DXY to "top out" this week and start putting in a higher low. On USDJPY I will be looking for possible short entries around the 132.5 price levels and on USDCAD I will be looking to buy pullbacks .

The NFP numbers came out this week and DXY traded higher breaking out of the months long consolidation zone it has been in. That's probably what the market was waiting for (news/reports)... With all that, comes a bullish bias and into the next week of trading I will be watching for DXY to "top out". There is some higher timeframe resistance zones coming in...
