Since the abolition of the Gold Standard in 1971 GOLD has been considered as investible asset, and its price has been in reverse correlation to the Dollar Strength Index DXY, but it loos like since 2018 it has regained its role as MONEY once again and it is now directly correlated to DXY.
Any comments from people, more knowledgeable in this matter would be appreciated.
Look between the lines with the same colours. The same pattern seems to be playing out a third time in a row. Is history going to repeat one more time? What do you think, guys?
