Will most likely have a few more bottom breakouts over the next 9 days before falling on a new resistance. There should be a decent amount of upper resistance hovering as this happens.
Seems to me like its changing from a cup and handle breakout to a bearish cup and handle. I expect a major downtrend soon.
Judging from of the recent behavior over the past couple months ARC seem to be on an somewhat stable bullish uptrend.
