Nifty is currently at good range holding above 10700 points. If nifty breaks down below 10615 an immediate correction to 10450-10580 is possible
1) Positive results in Karnataka elections can take nifty above 10800 and 10900
2) Any negative result would effect nifty to take the second leg corrections from 10615

After a strong correction in nifty.
Nifty is likely to have slight reversal pattern at 10200 and it can reach till 10550 with short term resistance around 10420-10450.
Both PCR values and FII DII values looks supporting for nifty to reach 10500 levels

MCX shows a good trend reversal after making a triple top pattern
1) 760 could be a possible best entry with a target of 840 with stop loss of 700
2) It could also test a target of above 940 in 2 to 3 months period

Multiple effect ( Long term capital gain tax ) & Global effect ( US bond value) crashed nifty to record levels from 11026 to 10760 ( Nearly 270 Points). Similar fall down is observed during Demonetization but nifty has taken significant time to retrace upwards.
