Monthlty chart with Weekly Trend would indicate a curent short bias as of 22-Apr-18.
ABX is nearing all time lows and for a patient investor / trader there may be a long opportunity if price reaches the 8.00 dollar area.

Since no shorts can be taken in RRSP or TFSA in Canada be patient and plan out the longer term longs with the highest probability of working out.
