Nothing like waking up to not just one, but several assets getting crushed in the market. But our system was clear that this was a possibility as we previously posted. Yes we had ample warning. We even stated that a pullback could go further than anticipated and clearly marked it on our charts. Since that post NEO went up, so we adjusted our charts and...
If your a die hard trader, and I imagine you are if your reading this, there is nothing more exciting then what we saw in LTC the past week. It was like watching the long shot at the Kentucky Derby beat the 2-1 favorite. Not down the final stretch, but from turn one where it just ran away with the show leaving many in disbelief. If you read our blog yesterday,...
Since we posting last week we have had several questions such as "I want to own LTC or ETH what is a good entry point?", "When is a good time for me to get in on BTC I want to own some?" Well based on the graph above, what isn't a good time to own these? We are LONG TERM investors and feel this is one of a few opportunities of a lifetime. To get in on a market...
If you read our posts and are following us, we pointed to where likely retracement levels were going to reverse. We nailed both within 50 & 25 cents each. Not bad for forex commodity traders that just started to trade the crypto market. We also pointed as to how to play this retracement to scalp a few more bones off the this horse. Played out like we actually...
A couple days ago we posted a chart on OMG titled "it's time to back up the truck!!! (well almost)". Well it looks as if the setup is starting to happen and it's time to grab your keys, start the truck, grab some beer, wings, and hotdogs and put down the tail gate! O.K. maybe that's me preparing for the Florida State - Alabama game tonight, (ROLLLLLL TIIIIDDEEE)...
No I am not an anti BTC guy, I actually love cryptos as they trade like SVXY on steroids, so it's exciting and new, and a definite adrenaline rush for any person that loves the market. I have said this many times, I would trade Jelly Beans if there was a market and a graph. But as a trader you have to constantly adjust as information and the market moves. What...
My buddy Alex who has a radio show discussing cryptos saturday afternoon, has been bugging me to look at Guppy. My first look was UGGGGLLLYYYYY. But even ugly charts can tell us something about what the market is doing and more importantly where we can take advantage of patterns. But the chart is telling us something very interesting as we dig a little deeper. ...
If you are into crytpo's this should be one of your top 5 core holdings. 1 & 2 are obviously BTC and ETH, but LTC deserves a distant 3rd sitting. Some will argue OMG DASH ZEC and a handful of other good coins, and to a point any of them could be. But what makes LTC #3 in my book is that the average Joe can buy it easily. Yes us die hard traders that live for...
This is a core holding in most traders portfolio. The recent increase to $380 may have people thinking this is a top? But we do not trade in US dollars we trade in BTC's. This is not different then trading gold in USD or EUD. We must keep it relative and ignore outside data. Cryptos trade in BTC not USD or EUD. This chart explains why we really were...
Ok I may have let emotions get away from me but boy did this break out and I got a buy buy buy signal out of the box! I had to place 3 orders to get in. I should have been paying attention to this instead of writing about IOTA. But none the less, if your a scalper, or trader the buy signal just hit. Retraced perfectly to the 4th wave, bounced to the upper...
I noticed a lot of traders trade on news only, scramble in and out of coins based on tweets, blogs, etc. Some are successful but for the majority of traders this will lead to loss after loss after loss. Not that news doesn't effect the market, it often is a catalyst for what WAS going to happen anyways. News has more to do with the timing of a trend change and...
Was asked to take a look at IOTA, Iota is a very clean graph and it appears to have retraced and forming the typical consolidation after a completed cycle. I like this graph and appreciate someone bringing it to my attention. I do not know much about IOTA and to avoid being influenced by anything but TA I did not research the company only looked at the graph. ...
Nothing is ever for sure, but with TA we can look for advantages over the market. The ETF graph is cleary giving us one. I especially like where some TA analysts are posting a resistant line where it does not line up fibbonacci wise. When I ran the retracements from the down trend from the 2 major waves, the fibb #'s line up. That is another confirmation we...
This couldn't be a more perfect setup. I have bought a 1/2 position on the breakout and will buy the other half on confirmation. I love this pattern, but be cautious as always. Many times when a setup is this clear it fails. Keep your eyes on the charts, and keep to your plan. This could be the play of the day!!
Some of these coins are so new it's difficult to assemble any sort of trend especially with high volatility. My buddy got into this yesterday so I thought I would take a look. This looks to be a nice setup (almost too simple which is always a cautionary flag) as it has broke the sideways correction channel in a bullish manner and started wave 3 in our count. I...
It's not that I just do not like the company and think it has red flags all over the fundamentals. But this one ran hard and when you see this type of run up, you quickly run out of buyers, and then those buyers turn to sellers, and then "look out below". Kind of like one of those old rockets, you light the fuse, it takes off, kind of dangles in the air, and...
This provides additional support to the previous post
A lot of bullish sentiment and though I feel this is a great company you may get a better entry level. If your long term no hurt in entering a 1/4-1/3 position but definitely not a back the truck up coin yet. I do mean YET.
