DXY Keeps fluctuating and appears to go down but bounces back fast and hard. It could move down to 102 and touch 101, but not for long because there are a lot of orders sitting at 105, and with enough momentum, then could reach 112. Not seeing DXY giving up right away may have to reach 105, then one more push before turning around and going back below 100.
