I think Substratum have a support here at 3k sats. Back in late 2017 we have seen this level was a support/resistance. I will place my buy order here and see if it hits there.

Might test the main resistance again but I am afraid dominance has switched to BTC side a bit. I think a whale or two moved to BTC to tether it. This test if happens would fail.
